Return Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit the credit account used for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Ella Belles (at your expense) within 14 days of the original shipping date, unworn and in perfect condition. Shipment must be prepaid and insured with the box securely wrapped. Returns that arrive late will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Information
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.  We normally use USPS Priority Mail.

If you would like to receive your items sooner, we can offer Express Mail, which usually ships overnight to most continental U.S. postal zip codes.  Please email or call us toll free at (877) 983-2624 for assistance.  Be sure to include your postal code in your email.

The 2004 Spring/Summer fashions are arriving daily. It is our desire to ship your item the same day you order. We will notify you if there is going to be any delay. If you place your order by noon CST, we can usually ship your order same day. Thank you for your patience.

Ella Belles TELL A FRIEND link allows you to easily and quickly tell your Friend about our products and website.  By clicking the TELL A FRIEND  link anywhere throughout our site, you will activate a personal e-mail from your computer's mail program, in which you can add the email address of your Friend.  In this day and time of an overabundance of spam emails, we feel this method assures that your message will reach your personal Friend and best protects your Friend's privacy by avoiding the storing of your Friend's email in a third-party database.  Your friend will instantly notice that the email is coming from you since it is generated by your computer only, with your email address as the "Sender" and not sent via an outside email service.
